By creating an account or using Leadstore (the "App") at https://leadstore.xyz, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply solely to the Leadstore product.
Leadstore provides website and app listing audit tools, analytics, generated file creation (llms.txt, llm-data.json), and tag telemetry features to help businesses improve their visibility across search engines, AI assistants, and app stores.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
You must create an account to use most features of the App. You are responsible for:
You may not share your account credentials with others. You must notify us immediately at support@leadstore.xyz if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Free accounts are subject to a limit on the number of site profiles that can be created at any time. Deleting a site profile may be subject to a cooldown period before that slot can be reused. Current limits are displayed within the App and may change over time.
The tracking tag is optional JavaScript code you may deploy on your own website. By deploying the tag, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that you have made appropriate disclosures to your website visitors in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Leadstore is not responsible for your compliance obligations as a website operator.
llms.txt and llm-data.json files are generated based on data you provide and publicly accessible information about the URLs you add. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it on your websites. We make no warranty that generated files are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
The App, its design, code, and branding are the property of Leadstore. You retain ownership of the data you submit (URLs, business information). You grant us a limited licence to use that data solely to provide the service to you.
Generated files (llms.txt, llm-data.json) produced for your site profiles are yours to use and publish freely.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the App. Account deletion requests are subject to a 7-day grace period during which you can cancel the request. After the grace period, your account credentials are permanently scrambled and your account is closed. See our Privacy Policy for details on what happens to your data.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that audit results will be accurate or complete. Audit scores and recommendations are informational only and do not guarantee any particular outcome in search rankings or AI assistant responses.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leadstore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $10, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Leadstore operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
